The Battersea Tenants Co-operative office is located on Battersea Rise about 10 minutes walk from Clapham Junction railway station although our properties are spread over Battersea, Balham and Tooting.

Battersea Tenants Co-operative was initiated in 1977, comprising of 66 units and we recently purchased the freehold of the block our office is based in, Sabra Mansions.

The Battersea Tenants Co-operative Ltd is a tenant controlled housing association registered with the Homes & Communities Agency as a Registered Social Landlord (RSL)
